At Perplex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
